The Intake officer will work within the Centre’s admin support team to provide high-quality administration support to legal staff and triage enquiries.

o Providing support including case management, counselling and psycho-therapeutic skills to clients that are goal focused and promote capacity building for the client
o Work with clients using a trauma-informed, strength-based approach.
o Assist the client to overcome barriers that may affect their engagement with the legal service or assist the client to engageing with long-term supports to address a variety of issues a client may be experiencing such as homelessness, financial stress etc.
